KHS Wind Ensemble Itinerary


1:20 pm - Report to the Band Hall (5th Period)
1:25 pm – Take Attendance and Change for Concert
2:45 pm- Load Equipment Van and Bus
3:00 pm - Leave for Copperas Cove High School
3:30 pm - Arrive at Copperas Cove High School and Unload
4:15 pm – Warm Up
4:45 pm – Move to Stage
5:00 pm- Perform Concert Program
5:30 pm – Move to Sight reading Room
5:30 pm – Sight reading portion of Contest
6:00 pm – Change Clothes and wait for results
6:30 pm – Depart for Cici’s Pizza (832 S. Fort Hood Killeen, TX 76541)
6:45 - 7:30   Dinner @ Cici’s
7:30 - Leave for KHS


What You Need Bring:
·     Your Instrument and Necessary Equipment (reeds, mouthpieces, mutes, etc.)
·     Your Uniform and it’s parts (Black socks and dress shoes, Black dress, etc.)
·     All of your Music
·     Money for Cici’s (Around $6-$10)
·     Your Best Sounds!
·     Your Best Attitude!
·      Your Best Effort!
