KHS Symphonic Band Itinerary

8:30 am - Report to the Band Hall in Concert Uniforms
9:15 am  Load Bus for Copperas Cove High School
9:30 am - Leave for Copperas Cove High School
10:00 am - Arrive at Copperas Cove High School and Unload
10:45 am – Warm Up
11:15 am – Move to Stage
11:30- Perform Concert Program
11:50 – Move to Sight reading Room
12:00 pm – Sight reading portion of Contest
12:30 pm – Change Clothes and wait for results
1:00 – Depart for Cici’s Pizza (832 S. Fort Hood Killeen, TX 76541)
1:30 - 2:15   Lunch @ Cici’s
2:15 - Leave for KHS 
2:30- Arrive back at KHS


What You Need Bring:
·     Your Instrument and Necessary Equipment (reeds, mouthpieces, mutes, etc.)
·     Your Uniform and it’s parts (Black socks and dress shoes, Black dress, etc.)
·     All of your Music
·     Money for Cici’s (Around $10)
·     Your Best Sounds!
·     Your Best Attitude!
·      Your Best Effort!
