Gatesville Marching Contest Itinerary

Here is the Itinerary for the Gatesville Marching Contest, our first competitive marching contest of the season.

Saturday October 8, 2011

12:00 PM – Report to KHS Band Hall
12:15 PM – Run through Contest Show
12:45 PM –Load Equipment Trucks and Buses
1:30 PM - Depart for Gatesville High School
2:30 PM - Arrive at Gatesville High School
3:30 PM – Warmup Time
4:15 PM – KILLEEN HIGH SCHOOL BAND PERFORMANCE
5:30 PM Awards Presentation
6:00 PM Load Buses & Depart for Killeen High School
7:00 PM Arrive at Killeen High School
Please eat before you arrive to report on Saturday. There will be a concession stand at the contest so bring money with you to eat there. We will have time to eat something there after we perform and change.
You will need:
Show Shirt
Windsuit
Marching Shoes
Black Socks
Uniform
Hat
Instrument
Gauntlets
Money for Food
