2011 UIL Wind Ensemble Itinerary

Here is the itinerary for Wind Ensemble (Thursday April 7, 2011)

7:00 am-- Report to Band Hall (In Concert Attire)
7:30 am – Load Busses
7:45 am – Leave For Copperas Cove High School
8:15 am – Arrive at Copperas Cove and Unload
8:45 am – Warm Up
9:15 am – Move to Stage
9:30 am - Perform Concert Program
9:50 am – Move to Sight reading Room
10:00 am  – Sight reading portion of Contest
10:30 am- Listen to Bands and wait for results
12:00 pm – Depart for Cici’s Pizza (832 S. Fort Hood Killeen, TX 76541)
12:30pm – 1:30pm   Lunch @ Cici’s
1:45 pm - Arrive at KHS
